Field Services
We provide a wide range of field services including installation support, equipment commissioning, facility start-up, equipment audits, trouble-shooting, and training. Long-time field engineer Kurt Lang (kurt.lang@inwatertech.com) is one of the best in the business.
In-House Repair
Our repair technicians can fix a wide range of probes and equipment including OxyGuard Handy Probes and Point4 Trackers. Please fill out our Repair Form prior to returning your equipment or send your questions to repairs@inwatertech.com. When returning multiple items, please identify each piece by number (e.g. #1, #2, #3…), on the equipment and in your description below.

For International Shipments, please download the commercial invoice HERE and include it with your shipment. The repair assessment fee is a minimum charge of $150. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with the assessment detailing the work needed. Please let us know if this is an urgent request.
